Alison is a dedicated and accomplished Program Manager, bringing extensive experience in community engagement to her position at R-LABS. In her previous roles as an Event Producer on Reddit’s Community Team and as the Community Engagement Manager at Creative Commons, she has organized impactful events that attracted thousands of attendees from over 90 countries and engaged open-source communities across multiple sectors.
As the Community Manager at R-LABS, Alison is responsible for creating spaces and fostering opportunities for members to connect, innovate, and co-create the future of the real estate industry. Leveraging her expertise, she manages R-LABS’ existing programs and introduces initiatives that enhance collaboration among our network of industry professionals.
Beyond her professional achievements, Alison is a creative individual with a lifelong passion for sewing and crafting. Rain or shine, she enjoys the outdoors through camping, hiking, or gardening. Based in Toronto, she shares her home with husband, two children, two cats, and a rescue dog.
