Background
With a diverse background in advisory and venture analysis, Sapinder brings a passion for innovation and strategic growth to his role. Prior to joining R-LABS, Sapinder served as an Associate Director at The Black Box Institute, where he contributed to the growth of a US-backed mortgage brokerage expanding across Canada and supported a Waterloo-based nanotechnology company with future strategy and fundraising.
Sapinder’s experience also includes roles as a Venture Analyst at Esplanade Ventures, a health-tech venture fund, and at FrontFundr, an equity crowdfunding platform. Through these experiences, he discovered his enthusiasm for solving large-scale challenges in real estate and startups, driving solutions that shape the future.
Outside of work, Sapinder enjoys watching football (GO PACK GO), producing music on his laptop, and playing poker.
