R-LABS is expanding growth support for its partner companies and is thrilled to announce the appointment of Jason Lo as Managing Director, Revenue & Growth. Jason will report directly to George Carras, Founder and CEO of R-LABS and will be based in our Toronto office. In this pivotal role, Jason will lead revenue generation strategies across the R-LABS ecosystem, including for individual ventures, early-stage and growth-stage companies, and the broader R-LABS platform.
Jason is a seasoned business executive, strategic advisor, and mentor with over 30 years of leadership experience at the intersection of real estate, data, and technology. He has founded, scaled, and successfully exited businesses, and has held roles focused on driving revenue, building go-to-market strategies, and leading business transformation. His expertise spans revenue growth, go-to-market execution, business transformation, and operational excellence. He has held multiple senior leadership positions at companies that include Filogix, RealNet Canada and Altus Group.

Widely respected in Canada’s proptech ecosystem, Jason is known for delivering results through innovation and collaboration. His deep experience in scaling companies for growth, exit, and public performance will be instrumental in accelerating revenue growth, value creation and success across R-LABS.
