Toni Rossi

Background

Toni Rossi is a highly accomplished Commercial Real Estate professional and the President of Real Estate at Infrastructure Ontario (IO). She leads the Province of Ontario’s General Real Estate Portfolio, providing realty advice, managing transactions, and overseeing asset management for various Public Sector portfolios. Toni’s extensive career includes positions as Interim President and CEO of Infrastructure Ontario, as well as President of their Real Estate and Lending Division.

Before joining the Crown Corporation, Toni made significant contributions in Development at Oxford Properties and held various management positions at Cadillac Fairview, culminating as the General Manager of TD Centre. With a passion for mentoring, she has served on numerous boards and committees, including the Toronto Real Estate Forum, the Women’s Leadership Initiative Committee, and Toronto CivicAction Committees. Toni was elected to the Allied REIT Corporate Board in 2022 and the Dexterra Corporate Board in 2023, and served as the first female Chair of REALPAC from 2020-2022.

She currently serves as a Governor on the North York General Hospital Board and has held a long-term Director position on the National Board of Habitat for Humanity Canada. Toni was also the First Chair of the largest Canadian Women Build in Toronto. Her expertise is widely sought after, having shared her strategic talents with the Toronto Metro University (Ryerson) Real Estate Advisory Board, Urban Land Institute (ULI) Advisory Board, and the Federal, Provincial, and Territorial Public Sector Realty Committee. Furthermore, Toni’s notable contributions to the industry have earned her many leadership awards, including Outstanding Leader for Women in Infrastructure in 2021.
